2. PROOF OF PURCHASE
LIVING MATTERS will send you a confirmation when your order is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you a receipt when your order is delivered.
Order cannot be cancelled and payment not refundable after official confirmation is made.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
- Payment by VISA or MasterCard
You can pay for your telephone/fax/internet orders with Visa or MasterCard issued by authorized banking institutions around the world. At the time your order is placed, LIVING MATTERS will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Payment must be made and confirmed before noon for same day delivery. Any payment made and confirmed before noon for same day delivery. Any payment made and confirmed after 12:00pm will be delivery on the next working day before noon.
- Payment by Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit and Cheque Deposit
LIVING MATTERS also welcome customers to pay by depositing directly into our bank by transfer payment, cash deposit or cheque deposit to the following account(s). Payment must be paid 2 working days prior to the delivery date. A copy of the bank deposit slip on transfer confirmation receipt evidencing full payment together with details of the sender’s name and preferred delivery date must be sent to LIVING MATTERS by fax at HK (852) 2587 8873 or Macau (853) 960 169 and reach us 2 days prior to the propose delivery date so that we can verify payment.

Pick-up Orders:-

Subject to the terms set out under the heading Delivery and Product Availability, all deliveries are made between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and afternoon deliveries between 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It is not possible to specify a specific delivery time as our delivery teams need to follow a delivery route. Production process for orders placed after office hours, during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next working day. Working days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding Hong Kong or Macau public holiday and office hours shall be from [ 10 ] a.m. to [ 7 ] p.m. on working days.
The estimated delivery date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. Production process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

Central and Admiralty
Orders are usually delivered to a Central or Admiralty address within 4 hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Hong Kong Island & Kowloon Peninsula Office Addresses
Orders placed before noon for deliveries to office addresses on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula will normally be delivered before 4:30 pm.
New Territories Addresses
We will try our best to accommodate orders for same day deliveries to New Territories addresses received before noon but occasionally we may have to decline such orders because of unpredictable traffic conditions.
Outlying Islands
Deliveries to outlying islands will only be accepted on a case by case basis subject to availability of manpower.
Delivery to Hospital
Deliveries to hospitals are usually made in the early evening but if you wish the order to be delivered in the morning or before a specific time, please let us know.
Festivals or Special Occasions
Please place order at least 24 hours before delivery or pick up date normally. For special dates or festival, such as St. Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, please place order at least 4 working days before delivery or pick-up date for arrangement.
When typhoon signal No.8 or above, or black rain signal is hoisted, for those pick-up orders, we will contact the customers to arrange collection or order cancellation. All delivery services will be suspended immediately until the signals are lower. Without client’s instruction, goods will be sent in the first working day. Clients are also welcome to call us at Hong Kong no. (852) 2587 7311 / Macau no. (853) 960 169 for enquiry or further arrangement.
5. PRICES
LIVING MATTERS endeavours to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of delivery) plus any applicable packaging and delivery charges. LIVING MATTERS reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at LIVING MATTERS at any time.
A Surcharge will be charged for ordering in special dates or festival, such as St. Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
Flower price and delivery cost may increase due to fluctuation of market price, cost of transportation, etc. We reserve the right of price adjustment without notice.
6. DELIVERY AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
LIVING MATTERS makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not include weekend and Hong Kong or Macau public holidays.
Although every effort is made to deliver your order according to the lead time provided, delivery dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, LIVING MATTERS will contact you via email or phone and provide a revised delivery estimate. LIVING MATTERS shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any delay in delivery or any loss or damage incurred or may incur in connection thereto for whatsoever reason.
All product pictures shown on this Site are for reference only. If there is shortage in supply of product, there will be a slight adjustment on the design and size. Please refer to the season reference of flowers under each photo.
If the selected flower is in shortage due to seasonal changes, freight incidents or other factors, our florist will consult with client for the substitution. Accordingly, our florist will change the accompanying flowers (if appropriate) with comparable value and colour without prior notification.
Product photo on the Site may not necessary in the same scale as actual product. Please refer to the size reference indicated on the Site.
For popular products, LIVING MATTERS may impose limit on the amount you can purchase. Such purchase limit will be posted on the Site and is subject to change from time to time as LIVING MATTERS may think fit.
LIVING MATTERS reserves the right to discontinue any products listed in the Site without notice.
7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In order to provide the best service to our customers and ensure you to have an enjoyable shopping at LIVING MATTERS, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase.
Unconditional Free Replacement / Money-Back Guarantee
All our flower arrangements are backed up by an unconditonal money-back guarantee or free replacement. You should inform us immediately of the problem upon your receipt of the flowers; otherwise, we reserve our right not to entertain any request for replacement or refund if such request is not received by us within 24 hours upon delivery or pick-up at our store.
Free replacement will be provided according to product availability. For payment by credit card LIVING MATTERS will make refund to clients’ credit card account subject to full payment by the customers. No service charge will be deducted.
Please note that LIVING MATTERS does not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.

8. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect during delivery, please contact LIVING MATTERS Customer Services at Hong Kong no. (852) 2587 7311. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.
